Your California State License Board license must be active, current, and free from any disciplinary actions or complaints.
General Liability Insurance
Minimum $1 million general liability coverage required. Workers' comp required if you have employees on job sites.
4.5+ Star Rating
Minimum aggregate rating across Google, Yelp, and/or industry platforms. Verified reviews only — no fake reviews accepted.
4-Hour Response Time
You must respond to all BOLD leads within 4 business hours. Slow response = lead loss. Fast contractors win here.
